  • We have about nine students in each class.

  • Snyder Christian School is interdenominational and serves families from more than 10 area churches. Our mission is to graduate students with a firm biblical foundation and an excellent education. In keeping with that mission, SCS invites the following:

    • Families who are defined according to the biblical perspective of marriage; that marriage is between a male and a female.

    • Families that guide students toward Christ-likeness. We ask that applicants come from homes that support the values and lifestyle consistent with our Statement of Faith. This includes refraining from behaviors or beliefs that conflict with our biblical teaching.

  • Yes, all students attend chapel.

  • Our dress code is predicated on safety, neatness, modesty, and comfort. SCS reserves the right to make the final decision in questionable areas of dress code. All students are required to wear designated coordinated dress daily.

    All shirts must have a collar unless it’s a school t-shirt.  No hoodies or jackets unless school colors and with school logo.  There should be nologos on anyclothing other than SCS. Accepted colors are as follows:

    • Blue- all shades but NOT turquoise

    • Red- must be true red

  • SCS was founded on the premise that parents are the child’s primary teachers and should be involved in the child’s ongoing formal education.

    EACH PARENT is required to do the following:

    1. Observe your child in the classroom for 30 minutes (If here is more than one child, each parent must observe 30 minutes per child.)

    2. Attend the parent orientation meeting

    3. Attend two parenting classes during the school year

    4. Parents must participate in a fundraiser, class parties and school events

    5. Join PTA
