How to Apply
Application and Enrollment Process
At Snyder Christian School, we believe in partnering with families to develop students who are both academically prepared and grounded in biblical truth. Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family, evaluate readiness, and ensure a strong fit with our mission and values. SCS invites the following:
Families who align with our biblical view of family and faith
Snyder Christian School accepts applications from families defined by the biblical perspective of marriage as a union between one male and one female.
Homes that support Christ-centered values
Because SCS works in partnership with parents to guide students toward Christ-likeness, we ask that applicants come from homes that support the values and lifestyle consistent with our Statement of Faith. This includes refraining from behaviors or beliefs that conflict with our biblical teaching.
Students who demonstrate academic and social readiness
Admission is based on a combination of factors including prior academic records, available classroom space, application date, entrance testing, and interview outcomes. All Pre-K through 8th grade applicants may be required to take an entrance exam.
Families willing to uphold our mission and expectations
Admitted students and families must agree to support and abide by the Statement of Faith and all policies outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook. Accepted students are also expected to participate in required school activities.
Pre-K through 1st Grade
Age Guidelines
Applicants for Pre-Kindergarten must be four by September 1st.
